I am totally into poetry but with my current work load in my professional and personal life it has become lost; but with my new state of current events I have been totally inspired to write again.
My goal is whatever I post on blogspot that I then have to make a video on youtube to hone my delivery skills. I am already backed up- but it does give me a new to do list to conquer.

Because I am Blessed.
God called on me the other day
Said " Child, why don't you play
in my delight, what a sight
I love you with all my might."
See his spirit is within me
I remembered that day with glee
How He saved me
From the grasp of death
Oh how I wept
But I am trying to conquer my everyday
Hold down 'da fort- I aint got no overpay

Trying to hold it down wit' my darlin'
Trying to keep my head up
While Wamu bankrupt
It ain't easy-you know you feel me
He chuckled and said " Follow me and Believe
I will carry you to the next eve
That devil will start fires
But you got me and I'm Higher
And I will pour down rain
Take away your pain
Impart Peace and Joy
I gave you your Boy."
How can I doubt?
All I can do is Shout
"Glory be the Honor and Praise
He alone can raise
Me higher, In Him I trust
Because of Him I'm blessed
